This notice explains how HERMESS Genel Otomobil Yol Yardım Hizmetleri Birliği Tic. Ltd. Şti. (“Yolyardim.com”, the data controller) processes your personal data under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
Data we process
- Identity and contact details: name, mobile number, email address, country and city
- Vehicle details: plate, make, model, vehicle class
- Service data: location at the time of a request, photos you upload, messages with the team, ratings
- Membership and payment data: plan, period, payment status (card data is processed by the payment provider, not by us)
- Technical data: IP address, login times, cookies according to your choice
Why we process it
- To provide roadside assistance, find the nearest partner and track the job
- To manage your membership, payments and invoices
- To contact you about your request, for security and to prevent misuse
- For marketing messages only if you have given separate consent
Legal grounds
Performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, our legitimate interests, and your explicit consent where required (e.g. marketing and non-essential cookies).
Who receives your data
The partner company and driver assigned to your request (name, phone, location, vehicle), payment and SMS/email providers, and authorities where required by law. Some providers may be located abroad; transfers take place in line with KVKK.
How long we keep it
As long as needed for the purposes above and as required by law (e.g. accounting records), then deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
