How it works
- Tell us what happened – won’t start, flat tyre, out of fuel, keys locked in, accident. We suggest on-the-spot help where possible, so you don’t need a tow truck.
- Share your location – GPS, a pin on the map or an address search.
- The nearest partner accepts – you see the truck moving on the map with an estimated arrival time.
- Done – give the team your confirmation code. Members pay nothing for services in their plan; non-members see a fixed price before the team sets off.

Can I get help if I don’t speak Turkish?
Yes. Request help in English in the web app – your GPS location is sent automatically and you can chat with the team. You can also message us on WhatsApp.
I have a rental car. Should I call you?
Most rental companies include roadside assistance – check your rental agreement and call them first. Our membership is designed for people who own or lease a car in Turkey, or drive their own car here for longer stays.
I live abroad and drive my own car to Turkey. Am I covered?
Yes. Cars with foreign plates are covered in all 81 provinces once your membership is active (after a 72-hour waiting period from payment).
Can I get help without a membership?
Yes. Open a request in the web app and receive fixed-price offers from nearby partners, then choose the one that suits you.
Are electric cars covered?
Yes. Electric and hybrid cars with a flat battery are towed to the nearest charging station or garage.
What number do I call in an emergency?
